Force majeure certificate

Certificate regarding a force majeure event, issued by the county chamber.

A force majeure certificate confirms, on the basis of documents submitted by the applicant, the existence of an unforeseeable and unavoidable event that prevented the performance of contractual obligations. CCIAGR may issue this certificate for economic operators, within the competence of the county chamber.

The document is used when the force majeure clause in a contract is triggered and the contractual partner requires proof issued by a chamber of commerce.

  • attestations from competent authorities regarding the event invoked
